We provide chefs and professionals of the sector custom made coupages based on our five single variety extra virgin olive oils: Arbequina, Frantoio, Hojiblanca, Manzanillo and Picual, all grown and milled at ‘Las Valdesas’.
Combine the fruity characteristics of Arbequino with the body of Manzanillo and Frantoio’s bitter and spicy notes obtaining an excellent blend to try raw, or if you want to use in the kitchen, add to the stability of Picual the soft aromas that provide Hojiblanca , Frantoio and Arbequina.
