•The extra virgin olive oil from ‘Las Valdesas’ it’s a clear sample of waht is called Pago oil, that is, an oil that is made exclusively with olives grown in our farm, which is milled in our own premises. This way, we carefully controlled the entire process, from growth of the fruit to the packing of oil.
• ‘Las Valdesas’ is protected by the D.O. Estepa, meeting their highest standards of quality.
On the other hand, oil is produced, packaged and marketed under a system of quality management according to the UNE ISO 9001.
• The olive grove of ‘Las Valdesas’ belongs to an Integrated Production Association, whose rules limit the use of fertilizers and pesticides. With this, we produce an extra virgin olive oil, more natural and healthier.
• At ‘Las Valdesas’ we innovate: We managed to acclimate the Frantoio olive variety, typical from Tuscany, and we already have one of the first Frantoio oils produced in Spain.
• We only sell oil for the current crop year, not previous years. We also store it in stainless steel tanks in an inert atmosphere, and packed to order, so that it arrives at your table with all the flavor and nutritional and health qualities of an oil freshly milled.
• With all this we obtain extra virgin olive oils with an unmatchable fruity taste, and we offer them to our clients for them to enjoy at their kitchens.
