Returns and refunds
If the extra virgin olive oils purchased on the website www.aceitedelasvaldesas.com are not satisfactory, we will refund your money. It's that simple.
Return and refund process
1.- The customer can request the return of the product within 7 days of receipt. You can get in touch with Aceite de Las Valdesas by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, by chatting on the web or by calling the contact telephone numbers.
2.-The product or container to be returned must not have been consumed by more than 15%. In some cases we may ask the customer for a photo.
3.- Las Valdesas Oil will send a carrier to remove the merchandise that the customer wants to return without additional cost. The merchandise must be in its original box and with the labels intact.
4.- Once the merchandise has been received at our facilities, the order amount will be refunded (including shipping costs), for the same payment method in which the order was placed. The refund period will be a maximum of 10 working days from receipt.
Transportation damage and order errors
In the event that the order arrives in defective conditions, or the order is wrong, please contact us by email or by phone.
1.-Send us a photo with the damages or errors in the order within 7 days.
2.-We will send a carrier at no cost to you to remove the damaged or unsolicited merchandise.
3.-We will send you new containers or the merchandise really requested in a maximum of 10 days after receiving the damaged or erroneous one. (We usually take less)
