Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Grower

At Las Valdesas estate we produce five single varietal EVOOs (Extra Virgin Olive Oils), of the Arbequina, Picual, Hojiblanca, Manzanilla and Frantoio varieties.

In addition to being extra virgin oils, our oils are:

• First cold extraction olive oils, obtained at less than 27ºC.
• Filtered or unfiltered  olive oils (according to the preferences of our clients and the time of year).
• Award-winning oils. You can consult the prizes that we have obtained.
• Integrated and ecological production oils: without pesticide residues.
• Low acidity oils: for some varieties we have obtained acidities less than 0.15.
• Oils coming only from the olives of the farm itself and made in our own oil mill.
