We have already started harvesting olives to produce our Extra Virgin Olive Oils from the 2025-26 Harvest. Enjoy a fresh and unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, don't miss out!

How does the Pre-Sale work?

As soon as we begin harvesting the olive oil, we will enable the Pre-Sale option on our website. The process is simple:

1. Visit our online store: Buy olive Oil.
2. Select the unfiltered olive oil from the new 2025-2026 harvest.
3. If you have a discount coupon, don't forget to include it.
4. Make an advance payment to secure your order.

Varieties of Olive Oil

During the Pre-Sale, you can choose from the following varieties of unfiltered extra virgin olive oils:

• Arbequina
• Frantoio
• Hojiblanca
• Manzanilla
• Picual

Note: Organic oil will not be available in the pre-sale. You will be able to purchase it as usual starting in December.

Our filtered extra virgin olive oils will be available in our online store in January-February 2026.

Delivery Time

Once the oil is produced, we will ship it to your home within approximately 15 days, ensuring that you receive it at the optimal time to enjoy its freshness and flavour. Additionally, when your order leaves our mill, you will receive an email from the transport company so you can track it.

If you do not place your order during the Pre-Sale, don’t worry. You will be able to purchase our extra virgin olive oils from the 2025-26 harvest as usual at the end of November.
