This EVO, unfiltered, is one of the best I ever tried in quality and true to itself. Raw on salads, bread, bruschette, on the top of pastas, rice and all the Mediterranean/fusion food.. This is an amazing topping which will enhance the flavour to any of your favourite dishes...

“ Wow! I loved this olive oil ”

I tried 2 different varieties - Hojiblanca and Manzanilla - hard to say which one I preferred...both excellent. I prefer to buy 5-l tins, avoiding plastic. The local shop where I used to get them quickly runs out, so I've ordered online before - but when I saw that I could get good oil straight from the estate at a very comparable price, even including delivery, I went for it, and no regrets! I like knowing exactly where the oil comes from and details of harvesting & production, in fact I'm intending to become an obnoxious oil buff in the future...highly recommended

I wanted better olive oil, so I first googled what area the best olive oil comes from. Then I googled for sellers there and came to Las Valdesas.1. The taste is amazing. I am already ordering for 2 friends who tasted the olive oil. Both the oil for salad or for baking. I tried filtered and unfiltered.2. With shipping costs, the price is the same as regular supermarket olive oil3. it is so nice, that some fresh bread with olive oil and salt becomes our favorite snack at the Friday drink at home For anyone reading this, just try 1 liter (it's how I started). Believe me, it's worth it.

Our Estate

Las Valdesas state is an olive tree farm sited in the geographical centre of Andalusia, Spain. (You can have a look at Google Maps).

We have an olive grove with five different varieties of olives trees, and with its olive fruits we produce five single-variety extra virgin olive oils.

The oil is preserved in stainless steel tanks with an inert nitrogen atmosphere to prevent oxidation. We package the oil on request so that our customers enjoy the oils as freshly made.

We now have the filtered extra virgin olive oils from the 2025-26 harvest available!

Available varieties: Arbequina, Frantoio, Hojiblanca, and Picual.

The Manzanilla variety is sold out and will be available again with the next harvest, expected in October-November.
