After a year of cultivating our olive grove, we already have the unfiltered extra virgin olive oil from the new 2025/2026 harvest available of all our monovarietal oils: ARBEQUINA, PICUAL, HOJIBLANCA, MANZANILLA AND FRANTOIO.

This EVO, unfiltered, is one of the best I ever tried in quality and true to itself. Raw on salads, bread, bruschette, on the top of pastas, rice and all the Mediterranean/fusion food.. This is an amazing topping which will enhance the flavour to any of your favourite dishes...

I wanted better olive oil, so I first googled what area the best olive oil comes from. Then I googled for sellers there and came to Las Valdesas.1. The taste is amazing. I am already ordering for 2 friends who tasted the olive oil. Both the oil for salad or for baking. I tried filtered and unfiltered.2. With shipping costs, the price is the same as regular supermarket olive oil3. it is so nice, that some fresh bread with olive oil and salt becomes our favorite snack at the Friday drink at home For anyone reading this, just try 1 liter (it's how I started). Believe me, it's worth it.

"I have been using Aceite de Las Valdesas for a while now, and the quality is simply unmatched. “ Superb unfiltered olive oils ”
This was my first order and I was delighted. I tried three different oils. They were all super fresh and fabulous quality. My favorite was the Picual - though they were all great! Delivery (to the UK) was easy and efficient. I thought the value for money was excellent - it’s really worth buying several bottles together as you will save money compared to UK supermarket prices. Highly recommended. I’m about to order more :-)
