For the past two years we've been buying Las Valdesas oils. We use some for cooking and some to flavor our food. The different varieties allow us to play with the different tastes per recipe. We are very happy and as soon as it becomes available again look forward to buying a new yearly supply of this great olive oil.

Every year we buy unfiltered oil for a whole year usage. The oil smells fresh and fruity and the taste is excellent. There is absolutely no comparison with filtered oil in the shops. We use the oil for all purposes. For cooking, for salads, for personal use to treat skin and hair. It is recommendable to watch for unfiltered oil in November and sign up for e-mail to be sure to have information about fresh unfiltered oil when it is available.
