We ordered the Arbequina variety, which is used in many of our Mediterranean cuisine recipes (mediterrane-delites.com). It tastes very delicious, slightly sweet and has no bitter aftertaste. Quality is superb, price very reasonable. Arbequina is our favorite non-bitter, very fruity salad dressing oil. Manzanilla is just delicious, stronger flavour oil for everything.

Dear Las Valdesas,I've just received my order, really fast, thanks for that.Although I'm very pleased with your product, I have some remarks about the shipment: all but one of the cans are damaged/dented. I'm not too happy about this because the cans will be very visible in my kitchen and large dents like these would be a big downgrade to the visual appeal. What a discovery!Olive oil from Aceite de Las Valdesas is the best olive oil that we have ever tasted.We prefer the Hojiblanca, and use it for salads, on vegetables, frying and roasting.We cannot recommend it enough!
