October 26, 2020. We have started the olive harvest. We hope that in a week or two, we will have available the extra virgin olive oils of the 2020/2021 harvest of all varieties. Organic olive oil will possibly be available a little later.
October 20, 2020. We have already completed the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the mill (25 kW). We are very happy! Our idea is to monitor its production and if all goes well, expand to 100 kW, with which we will achieve electrical self-supply.
