It is difficult to find extra virgin oil of high quality in the UK and so I tried Aceite de las Valdesas. The quality and taste was superb, not bitter at all and a lovely flavour.

I have tried all oils in the catalog and all oils are delicious. For everyday use the Hojiblanca is excellent and for higher flavor profiles the Picual is delicious

Amazing olive oil! Thats the real deal here, non filtered olive oil is whats best because during filtering process a lot of oleic acid is lost.
